Mr. Gururaj Charantimath, the founder chairman of 'Mahantesh Charantimath
Charitable Trust', is a man with a great vision and tremendous caliber, adorned with
humility and simplicity.
Ever since the trust came into being, it has organized a number of
awareness camps on issues such as Environment and Cleanliness. Our trust has been
helping the needy and economically challenged children by providing them educational
facilities. Holding Blood Donation Camps at regular intervals has been one of the
highlights of its activities. ‘Mahantesh Charantimath Charitable Trust' now aspires to
make a positive contribution to society by uplifting neglected sections of society by
initiating an Educational Centre, Orphanage, an Old Age Home and a Yoga Centre.

Destitute children without home are provided home, given
opportunity to grow with education and as youth, become a part of the society on equal
footing along with those who, unlike them, are blessed and the elderly people without or
discarded by family are embraced with love and affection and given an atmosphere to live
peacefully for the rest of their lives.
Children of our country are not deprived of education for
reasons like poverty or taboo prevalent in the society and that an affordable and effective
healthcare system of Ayurveda is available to one and all. Elderly people of our nation
enjoy happy humane lives with joy and satisfaction; live with health security in a
surrounding full of dignity, sincerity, honesty, love and affection at the fag end of their
life.
